Swim Lessons at Woodridge
Swim Lessons at the Woodridge pool are a great way for your young swimmer to enjoy the summer. We provide lessons for both members and non-members, offered in two-week sessions throughout the summer.
How do I enroll in Lessons?
To sign up for Lessons, print and mail this Entry Form to Maudry Speight at the address listed below. Payment is required with Entry Form, before classes begin.

About our Lessons:
Preschool Lessons: We are offering two sessions in early June for preschool and kindergarten ages. Each week-long Session includes three half-hour classes. Classes limited to four children.
Standard Lessons: For ages up to 12, offered in two-week sessions. Lessons will focus on crawl stroke, back stroke, kicking and breathing techniques, and building confidence.
New! Mite-y Warriors: Lessons for 5-6 year olds not yet ready for Swim Team. Child must be able to do crawl stroke the width of the pool. Swimmers participate in the July 8th swim meet. Offered in Session I only.
About our Instructor:
Maudry Speight is our long-time swim instructor at Woodridge. Don't let her Harley Davidson fool you! She will build confidence for your young swimmer as she teaches new skills.
